Ellen M. Smith - President
Ellen Smith has been involved in the construction industry for over 25 years working alongside her husband, Keith, in their concrete construction business. Elsea has been her first major venture, branching out on her own, as an entrepreneur and trying to grow a new business. Ellen handles all the accounting in the business, helps quote projects to clients, and handles all human resources. She enjoys working with the Elsea team to provide convenient and quality service to all her customers.

Daniel Henry – General Manager
Dan Henry is the General Manager of Elsea Concrete Pumping. Dan has been with Elsea since 2016 and has over 35 years of experience in the concrete pumping business. Dan has held every position associated with concrete pumping and is capable of trouble shooting any problem our operators may incur on a given day. Dan’s daily duties include sales, scheduling personnel and equipment, and managing equipment maintenance needs.
Dan Henry is Elsea’s main point of contact for sales and services. If you need a pump job completed, contact him to get on our schedule!
